It has not a word "PRIVATE" in the name of company THE GRAMOPHONE COMPANY OF INDIA LIMITED on the back cover (the word "Private" is present in the company's name from 1956 to 1968). But it has a "Graphophone Company" (not "Graphophone Co." as Edith Piaf - Mea Culpa - earlier name of company and not "Gramophone" - later name) on the label - legal entity behind the Columbia imprint until 1965 (In the majority of countries outside the US).
